How to Disable Goal Search in Google Chrome

Google Chrome makes it easy to disable the Lens search feature and revert to the traditional “Find this image in Google” context menu option. Here’s how to do it in Chrome on desktop and Android.

Chrome’s search by purpose feature is extremely useful, as you can use it to find more information about the image you’ve selected. However, if you prefer the old reverse lookup method, it’s easy to turn off this new feature and get that old option back.

You can always re-enable the search by objective option if you wish.
